Estimated transit times after dispatch
- USA and Canada: 7–15 business days
- Western Europe: 5–15 business days
- Northern and Eastern Europe: 7–20 business days
- Asia: 2–10 business days
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Transit times begin after dispatch and exclude order processing, weekends and public holidays. Customs clearance, carrier disruption and remote delivery locations may affect delivery. For other destinations, contact info@mezmoglobe.com for an estimate before ordering.
Duties and import taxes
All destinations except Brazil: shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Applicable import duties and import taxes are prepaid, so you should not be asked to pay them on delivery.
Brazil: Import duties and taxes are not prepaid. The recipient must pay applicable import duties and taxes when notified by Brazilian Customs or the carrier. These charges are additional to the amount paid at checkout.
